Â鶹ӰÊÓ follows the guidelines for retention and disposal of records as published by the North Carolina Community College System. These records are available in the Admissions, Registration, and Records office located in the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services Center, room 10-201, to individuals with appropriate identification.
Student records are maintained and disseminated in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). View the College FERPA policy.
The permanent record includes all information on the student's transcript: name, address, social security number, sex, date of birth, major, dates enrolled, grades, credit hours earned, grade point average, and graduation information.

How to Submit Documents Electronically
Submit requested documents electronically to the Admissions, Registration, and Records office. Follow the instructions to submit electronic documents using our secure system. Acceptable digital formats include PDF, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, and PNG.
