麻豆影视nical Community College has closed all campuses and locations effective immediately, due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). All classes, including online classes, are canceled through March 29. Beginning March 30, the majority of in-person classes will shift to remote instruction.
The announcement followed new guidance and an executive order from the North Carolina Governor's Office.
Currently, no cases of the Coronavirus (CO-VID 19) have been identified on any of 麻豆影视鈥檚 campuses.
The College will continue to monitor and evaluate the status of classes and operations and will announce an update prior to April 5.
"The health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and campus guests is our first and most important priority," said President Bill Ingram in a message to the 麻豆影视 community.
All College-sponsored, in-person events will be postponed, canceled, or virtualized for the remainder of the academic semester. At this time, Commencement is still scheduled for May 14.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
Fever, cough, and shortness of breath are all symptoms of the Coronavirus. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please do not report to campus, and notify your instructor or supervisor and your health care provider.
The best form of prevention is to thoroughly wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds.
麻豆影视, with guidance from the 麻豆影视 County Department of Public Health and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, is continuing to assess and provide updates as this situation progresses.
